• Do 10-15 push ups
• You’ll be working out your triceps and chest mostly
• You'll need a bench or something similar for this exercise
Things to pay attention to:
• Your back should be straight, also contract your abs and your glutes because you should be moving in one straight line
• Just your arms and shoulders should be initiating the motion. Try to keep your torso as straight as possible
• Your main effort should be applied when you go up
• Make sure that you straighten your elbows completely
• Count to two as you go down and count to two as well when you go up
